Sipdown 10 – 2024

Not a favorite. I haven’t been drinking a lot of green tea over the last few years, but decided to break into some samples I had. This still tasted super fresh, but wasn’t a fan of the flavor. Cooked spinach and latex?

Sipdown 9 – 2024

Finished this off at work, and while it was good it just wasn’t great. Something about it was a bit meh and boring. Flavor was super subtle despite using lots of dry leaf.

Bought a box of sachets while in Paris and just now getting around to opening it. Lots of apricot flavor, which is delightful! Outside of the apricot there are some generic citrusy flavors, but the apricot makes it special.

Working on sipping through a bag, and while the first couple cups were super fruity this one is all floral and honey. Really delicious, as I love this flavor profile, but unexpected!

Finished off a bag at work. I would be devastated if the coconut went rancid, so I’m working on drinking through my stash of this lovely tea.

Sipdown 7 – 2024

This just in’t very good. Super tannic and bitter.

Sipdown 6 – 2024

Finished off some teabags that I got at the Lupicia Paris store in December 2022. Lupicia does chocolate so well. The chocolate flavor is super authentic and not at all plasticky. Just a touch of vanilla to offset the bittersweet quality of the dark chocolate flavor.

Sipdown 5 – 2024

Not sure if it’s because of the age, but this tastes way different than I remember. Super fruity. Lots of stone fruits. Really tasty, I drank through the remainder of the bag pretty quickly.

Sipdown 4 – 2024

This was one of my favorites from the advent. Such a nice creamy lemon aroma, with the mild spices melding in perfectly.
