1000th tasting note! I probably should have chosen something a little more stellar, but c’est la vie!
The tin recommends a little less than boiling water which seems a little hot for white tea don’t ya think? Maybe next time, I will try 90 degrees and see what happens. I would also like to try cold brewing it.
This tea is getting really old though, so I better hurry up. I feel that it has lost some vanilla flavour. It is still a decent bagged white tea though.

I almost tried that one when I was first getting into Steepster. I’ve always liked Zhena’s anyway, but vanilla looked like a good combo with white tea. I didn’t cause a few others caught my attention, but I still really wish that there was more vanilla white teas out there since they are so creamy. This is also why I really want to try Gold Rush.

Gold Rush is one of my favourites! You should certainly give it a try
