Keeping in my usual style I will try to sum the taste of this tea with the three words that pop into my head as I drink it: light, fruity and dusky.
I leave this tea to steep for longer than I do for most Darjeelings and get a bit more out of it. The leaves are wiry and offer as much for the nose as the mouth. It’s not going to blow you away but worth drinking nevertheless. A perfect tea for hugging as you watch life pass by the window…
