Preperation White Peony tea may be prepared in a standard teapot or individual covered steeping cups. In a pre-warmed vessel place 3-4 grams of leaf and infuse with 80°C (176°F) water for 1-3 mins. Re-steep by gradually increasing infusion time and water temperature
