It is called green tea on the label, but the company web site describes it as sun dried, and after my first infusion, I’m convinced this one is truly a white tea:
Forbidden Fruit Orchards Tea
Our tea, Camellia sinensis, is grown on our property, hand picked, sun dried and processed to release the enzymes and fragrance. We package 4 tea bags in each pouch with a few dried organic blueberries.
