Description

Ruby 18 is the varietal, and the leaves were processed like a white peony (Bai Mu Dan). The minty aroma that is characteristic of Ruby 18 comes through nicely, while the soup has a tasty pear like juiciness which I can only imagine is a result of the white tea style processing. The dry leaves are absolutely beautiful. The workers and farmers did a very detailed job to make this fine tea.
