Made from naturally withered upper leaf and tips, this tea has a stronger flavor reminiscent of lighter Oolong teas. It is grown in the Fujian Province and harvested later than Bai Mu Dan. Due to this, Shou Mei may be darker and more golden in color with a lot of black and red leaves, making a darker brew with more depth.
