31 Tasting Notes
I’ve been drinking this in the morning and enjoying it. It’s very vegetal and seems to take a little longer to steep really strong, which is good for me, since I tend to oversteep my tea quite easily!
After about 3 minutes it has a lovely, clear green color and is delicious when brewed very hot. I still prefer a sencha-matcha blend but this has still been making me happy.

I drank this in the morning before yoga class (I’m very fortunate to go to a studio where they serve tea!) It’s really nice to have green tea in a yoga studio, but this one just isn’t my favorite. The color is dark and slightly brown (teacup it was in may have influence my perception of the color though) and it just tastes like green tea. Nothing you wouldn’t expect, just perhaps slightly stronger flavor.
I’m pretty sure that it was not steeped at a high enough temperature, being in a yoga studio, so it probably had an influence on my judgment!
Flavors: Grass, Vegetal
Preparation
I drink this tea pretty much every morning! It’s got a beautiful green color and isn’t too strong. I brew it loose leaf in a pot and it goes nicely with breakfast or on its own. Very happy I bought it! I tend to just leave the leaves in the teapot and let it steep for ages, and even then it’s not overpowering, which is great. But maybe that’s not a proper way to do things. :)
Flavors: Grass, Green
Preparation
I like this tea a lot! I’ve been drinking it after meals in the evenings and it’s been really nice. I like to alternate rooibos-chamomile-rooibos during the nights of the week to mix it up :)
Anyways, the lemon wasn’t too strong but it was refreshing and soothing and was really nice with a teaspoon of honey. The floral vibes really came through too

Preparation
Normal and uninspiring, this green tea is the perfect thing as I sit in the airport near a Japanese restaurant waiting for a flight. It doesn’t have any aftertaste, and it tastes like green-tea-flavored-hot-water. It probably wasn’t steeped hot enough, but who cares? I’m just happy to have it. Would I drink it again? Absolutely. Would I buy it? Sure, if I’m traveling. Would I seek it out? Probably not, because I have loose leaf teas that I really like.

Oh my gosh, I love this one. It’s probably second to Rosali’s Milk Oolong, which is my favorite. This one smells so good and I love drinking it in the morning. The floral jasmine scent is really sweet and natural and very different from other “mainstream” jasmine teas that I have tried.
Flavors: Flowers, Grass, Jasmine
Preparation
I love this one! I’ve been drinking a lot of Rooibos tea at night recently, and this one is particularly nice with chocolate (milk chocolate is my favorite, but I’m sure dark would be nice too.) It’s got great orange spiciness, but it’s not super spicy like chai or anything. It’s more of an orange-honey with a faint hint of spice that makes it really nice for cold nights. I like my tea strong so I steeped it for awhile.
Flavors: Cream, Honey, Orange, Orange Zest, Rooibos, Spices
Preparation
I haven’t been disappointed with the teas I’ve been getting from Rosali yet, but I think that this one is my all-time favorite. I’ve really enjoined drinking it in the evening before bed, and it has a creamy rooibos taste with mild floral notes. I drank all of it way too fast and am really sad about it! I steeped it for 7 minutes because I like strong tea, and it wasn’t overwhelming.
Flavors: Creamy, Floral, Honey
Preparation
This tea tastes a lot like a rooibos version of Good Earth Sweet n Spicy, except a little less sweet and a little less spicy. The cinnamon definitely comes through strongly. I steeped it for awhile (7 minutes) because I was cold and really wanted the spiciness to come through in full force!
Flavors: Cinnamon, Honey, Spicy, Sweet

I love this tea! I’ve always been partial to Genmaicha, so I was an easy convert to this one. The rice is nice and flavorful and toasty and it was great on the second and third resteep. Highly recommend it!
