Fragrant with a vibrant green color, Midori Spring’s Organic Ceremonial Matcha Emerald Class is easy-to-prepare and delicious. It dissolves well and requires little whisking. The aroma has a slight floral note to it and it takes somewhat earthy like spinach or other types of greens. I prefer my tea lightly sweetened and with creamer. I found that the flavors meld together well.
