A wonderful, experience, and a true spark that Gongfu Brewing is spreading to more American Establishments! I also enjoyed the peacefulness and calmness that overcame me without electronics, just me and the tea!

I am working to better the “Western brewer’s” experience by reviewing teas using a few Gongfu steps to help gradually improve the brewing of those who aren’t aware of the incredibleness Gongfu provides!
