The place was quaint. They had a decent amount of teas. There wasn’t a lot of people to help discuss the teas with you. They didn’t write the directions for steeping on the bag I bought. :( now it is a few months down the line and I don’t remember.
They have a pretty good house chai (at least I know that they aren’t using a powder mix/concentrate). They don’t always have the teas I want in stock (either they are super busy—being the only tea house in Wenatchee or they don’t order enough inventory) Either way Cha does what it needs to do for my sleepy little town.
I had the best two days hanging out at this cute little tea shop. The staff is absolutely fabulous. The house chai is to die for, and they won’t sell it to you—those sneaky people. They had some great smelling teas, of which I bought a few (and have yet to actually try them) :( I am saddened by the fact that I don’t live in Missoula to experience this tea house all of the time.
Their shipping is fairly cheap, they have a rewards program (too bad only for in-store use to my understanding). They allow you to do samples of tea in case you aren’t sure whether or not you will like it! Very high quality tea-ware (They are the only place where I buy my tea from [currently])!
Really helpful and nice people! They are so willing to teach you more about tea and aren’t looking for a profit! I have had nothing but good experiences here!
They were really cool people. I hope that they hurry and get those licenses so that they can do events and tastings soon!
Update: They are still really cool! They are growing. They have way more vari-TEA of tea then most places in the area. Difficult to get to on weekends due to Leavenworth festivals. :/
