Taste: I was happy to receive this in the mail & I was surprised at how large of a sample it was! I went to brewing later that evening to pair this with dinner that night. I can say the flavor of this tea wasn’t too strong but a nice & light. This is also the first tea that I managed tested out cold brewing for the first time and it worked just fine.
