Tasting Notes

Description

Pressed entirely from 2005 fermented Bu Lang Mountainous area tea leaves! Fermented in Late 2005 and pressed in February 2006 makes this cake 10 years old already. This has been stored in Kunming for 10 years! The ripe tea is light-medium level of fermentation that brews up a complex mouth-watering brew. The blend tends to be tippy (especially on the front of the cake) much like Da Yi’s 7452 blend.

Nicely aged, but still retaining a pungent and strong thick taste.

Certified Organic by COFCC (Permit # COFCC-R-0509-0065)

400 grams per cake
