Description

This is a 2007 production made entirely from Nan Nuo mountain material that was fermented, graded and blended to create this delicious ripe tea cake. The character is Nan Nuo is noticeable in the deep rich (almost chocolate) flavor with floral and honey hints throughout. Aged just enough to not have that newish ripe flavor, but plenty of room for it to develop into the future!

Material: 2007 Fermented Nan Nuo mountain material (Menghai County)
Weight: 357 grams per cake
