Tasting Notes

Description

This is what we call a Farmer tea, a small producer pressing material under the generic CNNP “Zhong Cha” label. Unlikely to be true Ban Zhang village tea, but likely to be a Bu Lang Mountain area tea due to its multi-layered and complex character. It’s definitely an excellent aged tea that is sure to please those who prefer aged teas stored in Guangdong.

The taste is thick and sweet with a light bitterness that carries a kind of light bitterness and hardwood incense character that is characteristic of the more bitter Bu Lang teas.
