A smooth tea with a nice roasted profile and thick sweet lingering mineral taste.

Harvest: 2014

Origin: Shui Lian Dong (Water Curtain Cave), Zhengyan, Wuyishan, Fujian, China
Sourced: Direct from the farmer

Roast: Heavy (Four times roasted in 2014)

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 2-3 minutes
