Description

Tasting Notes:
- Smooth texture
- Brilliant floral aroma and taste
Origin: Shan Lin Xi, Nantou, Taiwan
Cultivar: Si Ji Chun
Altitude: 1200m
Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 85C/185°F
- Use 1 teaspoon per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 1-2 minute
- Always remove the leaves from the water once the tea has brewed
- Re-use the leaves multiple times and increase steeping time with each subsequent infusion
- Best without milk
