Description

This Shincha (first flush) tea is harvested on the 88th day of spring, and is manufactured using the traditional “lightly-steamed process.” The tea is made from the unique “Okumidori” varietal, known for yielding a very sweet and aromatic cup. The liquor has a mild aroma, with pleasant floral notes, accented by a delicate hint of freshly cut hay.
