This new oolong from China is produced by the Ming family farm, from a Duck Shit cultivar with generations of tea making expertise. the tea’s flavor profiles are very floral but sweet and smooth, this tea is nice and light but still complex. I find its a perfect cross between an anxi tieguanyin and a green baozhong. This is a new tea and in my opinion a masterful creation. I can drink this tea anytime and it resteeps very well
