Description

Scarlet Robe Rock Tea, often called the “King of Tea”, is a legendary rock tea grown on the jagged, rocky cliffs of the Wuyi Mountains. It was designated as a Imperial Tribute Tea during the Qing dynasty and the leaves of the original bushes are believed to be the most expensive in the world.

A lightly-roasted Spring leaf, this Scarlet Robe imparts a strong aroma of stone fruit, matched by a complex palate of apple, cherry, and peaches…

Notes: apple, cherry, peach

Infusion: 190ºF / 88ºC for 1-2 minutes

Origin: Wuyi, Northern Fujian Province, China
