Also known as Rock Oolong because of Wuyi Mountain’s rocky soil. This is a Spring harvest leaf that is allowed to oxidize to around 40% before it is baked at 200 degrees for 3 hours. The resulting cup yields a unique smoky, earthy taste. Organically grown.
