Made in early spring with the true artisan skill of hand rolling the leaves, Spring Wonder is grown at an elevation of 1800 meters in Darjeeling, India. The traditional art of hand rolling is slowly being reintroduced by some of the tea gardens. We requested one of the oldest tea gardens in Darjeeling to make this tea for us and help revive the art form. Spring Wonder has a muscatel aroma similar to white grapes and the mature age of the tea plants give the brew a very smooth, crisp body.
