The freshly picked blossoms and calyxes are carefully packaged and quickly brought on their way to be formed into blooming teas. The creation of these small pieces of are somewhat reminds of the Japanese are of arranging flowers and requires delicate handling so that we will later be able to enjoy a wonderful picture of tea and blossom in the teapot. During the infusion a glowing amaranth blossom slowly opens up, circled by delicate tea leaf tips, its color reminds of a precious stone. The cup shows a color of ripe apricots; the tongue will experience a flowery taste.
