Directly from the Wuyi Mountains, Wuyi Oolong has a smooth and rich body with a classic roasted aroma and a sweet finish.
For Hot Tea: Use 1 teaspoon of leaves for every 8 oz. of 212°F water. Steep for 2- 3 minutes.
For Ice Tea: Use 1 teaspoon of leaves for every 4 oz. of 212° F water. Steep for 2 – 3 minutes, pour over an 8 oz. container of ice cubes.
For Cold Steeping: Use 1 teaspoon of leaves for every 8 oz. of cold water. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
