“This is one of my staple Chinese greens. It’s very smooth and a little grassy to taste, but not as much as a Japanese green.” Read full tasting note
This organic green tea from China has slender emerald colour leaves and its brew has a smooth roundness on the palette.
Misty Green is so called because it is grown in high altitude in the Zhejiang province, home of the famous Dragon Well (Lung Ching) green tea. Misty Green has a smooth brisk finish, with sort of a sweetpea/watercress sweetness but not bold and olivy like Lung Ching. It is a kind of Mao Feng green tea.
Ingredients: Green tea (Camellia Sinensis)
