It is creamy like Jin Xuan, it is lightly roasted with obvious stone fruit notes like a Dong Ding, it is aromatic like a Taiwanese high mountain oolong, it is both comforting and spirited, it will take you on a journey to a pristine mountainside where you breathe the brisk high air and feel leaves rustling beneath your feet.
