Description

Our Winter 2015 Wu She is from the same tea garden as the exceptional Spring 2015 Wu She we offer. This high mountain Jade oolong is from the highest part of Wu She area which is located at 1700 meters above sea level, and was picked and processed during the most perfect weather conditions, which proved tricky due to the Jeckyl and Hyde weather conditions that prevail in Wu She’s high mountain environment. The combination of human skills and nature’s fleeting benevolence makes this a beautiful and solid representation for winter high mountain oolong.

The tea has a very different character from spring tea, and clearly displays the meaning of creating “water”. This tea delivers a unbelievable sugar-like aroma and robust body to the palate. This tea could not only be a part of your collection, but also could be enjoyed as a great comparison between Spring and Winter tea. To find out how different these two seasons can be, please have a look at our Spring Wu She Jade Oolong.
