Description

We’ve travelled the world to find these rare and special teas. The crème de la crème of teas lets you escape to a moment of absolute refined indulgence. This black tea pretending to be an oolong with its beautiful, tortured long leaves, will surprise and delight you to the end of your cup.

In 1996 1500 tea seedlings were brought from Taiwan to New Zealand, only 130 were left after passing quarantine. This tea is a combination of pristine New Zealand environment coupled with traditional tea knowledge, to produce this devine drop.

Brew: 1 tsp per 250ml, 2-3 mins at 90 °C (194°F) Good for 2-3 infusions

Serve: Hot

Flavour: Smooth yet lively, zesty, sweet wood, returning hay flavour. Hints of malted barley & honey. Long lasting sweet taste.
