Description

Steeped in history, this is one of the world’s most sought after black teas. Grown high in mountains veiled by clouds, the Chinese have produced highly-prized teas in this part of the Yunnan Province for more than 1700 years. The leaf reveals a multitude of golden tips covered with fine down. Grand Yunnan is a complex brew with exquisite chocolate and orange aromas and a wisp of smoke. A smooth, deep flavour with a crack of pepper that is well-balanced and has a silky, bittersweet finish. A topgrade tea that provides refined, complex enjoyment.

Brew: 1 teaspoon per 200mls, brew 2-4 minutes in water at 100 degrees Celsius. Good for 1-2 infusions.

Serve: As is
