2008 Royal Top Grade Pu erh has a hearty woodsy bouquet with a full mouth feel. There are notes of buttered toast and just the slightest hint of orange towards the end as it swirls around on your palate. Because of Pu erh’s fermented leaves it is often good for up to 6 or 7 steeps without loosing flavor. The second and third steeps will bring forward a dark amber liquor.
