Pu Erh • Yunnan, Shou Style
Dry Aroma: Rich, earthy, sweet.
Wet Aroma: Clean, wet earth, autumnal.
Cup: Dark rich burnt umber-hued liquor. Full bodied character with heavy mouth feel. Earthy characteristics fadeto a soft, lingering sweetness and a refreshing, cooling finish.
Directions: Use 3 grams (1 rounded tsp) per 8oz. of 200 degree watersteeped for 4-5 minutes. Veryforgiving extraction with 1-2 strong steeps. Great with rich, spicy foods as it cleans the palate as yousip and is easy on the stomach.
