Description

Karigane, Japanese for “cry of the wild goose”, is a creamy and sweet Japanese green tea blended with tender gyokuro tea leaves and stalks. Rich in umami, the pleasing vegetal liquor will intrigue your palate with a hint of hazelnut and fire roasted aspargus. Made only from the highest quality gyokuro stems available, Karigane is naturally low in caffeine and without bitterness. For those who enjoy the sophisticated taste of gyokuro but prefer something lighter, this tea is the value choice for everyday enjoyment. Usually brewed at least twice.
