Chrysanthemum tea is an ancient medicinal and refreshment tisane made from the dried flowers of the Chrysanthemum plant. Uses include comfort and relief from colds and flu. Alone it brews to a lovely pale yellow color and can be infused for multiple steeps. Blended with Pu-Erh the color darkens and the flavor becomes richer and more complex. Some use honey or other sweeteners to taste, while others prefer our Chrysanthemum tea just as it is.
