Description

2005 Six Famous Tea Mountain “Jinggu Shan” Raw Pu-erh
Six Famous Tea Mountain tea factory released this limited series of six cakes composed of Ancient Tree Pu-erh from Six Famous Tea Mountains in southern Yunnan. Each cake is 100% material from that mountain. 100% of the leaves to compose this cake are from wild trees growing on Jinggu mountain. Jinggu Mountain of Lancang county in Simao is one of 2 very famous tea mountains in Lancang (the other being Jingmai). Jinggu is special in its look and flavor – the leaves and buds are wide and fat and the flavor is both bitter and sweet at the same time. Aging this cake will provide an opportunity for these to come closer together over the years. The Six Famous Tea Mountain Tea company was established in 2002 by one of Menghai’s former factory managers, Ruan Dian Rong.
