These elongated, tightly rolled, emerald green leaves brew to a jade colored cup with a slight vegetal aroma. Unlike the Chinese and Japanese Sencha greens, this organic Sencha can best be compared to having the taste of a good white wine with its clear, dry and slightly citral taste.
