A competition-grade, lightly oxidized Tieguanyin from the Anxi Region of Fujian province. One of our highest grade Tieguanyins, the rolled leaves will slowly unfurl through multiple steeps releasing a deep, multi-layered taste with hints of flowers. Chinese lore has it that the women plucking these prized leaves would tuck the finest into their blouses to preserve them thus the name we use today. This is a sping pick Oolong from small farms. Rinse the leaves briefly in hot water to awaken the leaves, then steep in water temperature 195-200 degrees for 1-2 minutes.
