Once reserved for Asian royalty, Ling zhi is known for benefits such as strengthening the immune system, aiding in respiratory ailments, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, improving sleep and alleviating fatigue. Boil 5 grams of unrinsed Ling zhi for 3 minutes, reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 hours. Net Wt 2/4 oz.
