Our most unusual oolong tea, given praise to by none other than Queen Elizabeth II of England. The white downy leaves interspersed amongst the darker leaves are the result of summer hoppers that bite the leaves.
The resulting chemical change of the leaf produces a distinct fruity aroma and a honeyed flavor that is unique to this tea’s terroir.
Water Temperature: 195-200°, or when medium bubbles begin to rise and water becomes agitated.
Brewing Instructions: Use 2 teaspoons (double for a medium sized pot). Rinse tea for 1 second. Discard rinse water. Steep for 2-3 minutes. May be infused multiple times.
