A sheng style tea cake from the Qing Xin (Ruan Zhi) cultivar, made in the mists of the highest mountain in Thailand. The farmer tried out this Green ‘Puer’ tea, and it’s still very young. However, the story and passion for the tea shine through.
The tea exhibits aromas of straw or hay with a sweet scent of peaches when warmed up. During steeping, we discern light mineral tastes from the mountainous region. This Thai tea features top notes of grassy and vegetal flavors, evoking a stroll through a sunny forest after rain.
