The 6th of its 2009 series, this cake is made by blending one Spring tea from Yiwu, and another Fall tea from Bulang, pure and simple – it was my idea to blend these two together.
The Spring tea from Yiwu is aromatic, yet bitter and rough, it turns into a smooth affair when blending with a Fall tea from Bulang. And this Bulang is no ordinary Bulang, it is considered as the best of Bulang.
