A lovely green tea that develops with each infusion. It is from the famous Taoist mountain, Laoshan in Shangdong province. It was harvested in late May 2012 on Mr. Mou’s small 14 acre estate, which produces tea by natural bio-farming methods.
On the first infusion the tea is fresh and grassy and not dissimilar to a Japanese green tea, but with each infusion becomes more floral and fruity. To enjoy the tea’s flavours fully please use one teaspoon of tea per cup and water that has been cooled to about 80-85 degrees for a couple of minutes after boiling.
