A light oolong very similar to the Tung Ting Oolong from Formosa. It is a tea from old tea trees growing in the mountainous Anxi Region of the Fujian Province. It is picked from the tall old trees in the mountains by trained monkeys. It has a semi-rolled style with attached stems. It should be steeped from 30 seconds to 2 minutes in 185 to 195 degree water. It can be resteeped a number of times, increasing the time and temperature.
