Description

100g ripe tuocha In my opinion, this is one of the best tuo cha that the Menghai Tea Factory has produced. This is a superior, ripe Pu Er tuo cha (tribute tuo cha). This tribute tuo cha’s new, unique recipe was created by a retired and experienced tea expert from Xiaguan tea factory. This expert selected high-quality maocha to ferment appropriately with some special techniques. This ripe tea has no fermentation taste or smell at all even though it is very new. That is the spell of this tea… very smooth and drinkable even though it is very young. Today, this tea has a mellow and pleasing aroma with a bright red tea liquid. After sipping, you will feel the rich taste has spread all over your mouth. This tea is good for immediate drinking or for aging and investment. A more deeply aged aroma will appear within about 5 years.

Important tips: for brewing ripe Pu Er tea, the water temparature should be about 205-210F.

Type of tea: Ripe Pu Er
