- Premium Tea Estate –
Inaugurated in 1865, this romantic garden rises almost 2000m in altitude.
Leaves: handsome, deep green leaves scattered with silvery buds, from which the honeyed and fruity aromas of Sweet William, pear and passion fruit escape.
Nose: mouthwatering notes of baked plum mingle generously with delightful inflections of red berries such as raspberry and redcurrant on a hint of sandalwood, enveloping and distinguished.
Liquour: golden yellow with bronze reflections; the cup expresses a harmonious and fresh note of yuzu held together by a tender aroma of toasted pistachio and a profusion of warm, gourmet biscuit.
A grand cru, rare and captivating.
