Medium-oxidized and stronger medium-roasted Taiwanese Guifei-type oolong. The leaves come from the hand-picked JinXuan cultivar from Mr. Chang’s gardens, located in the ZhuShan area, Nantou, 450-500m.a.s.l..
The tea was harvested and processed in June 2022 and then roasted in February 2023.
