This black tea comes from the famous Alishan Mountain and were handpicked at an elevation of 1400m. Different than most Alishan Black teas, this tea is made with the Alishan Oolong cultivar instead of Jinxuan. This gives the tea a well-rounded sweetness, with no bitterness or astringency. Our Alishan black tea has a sweet fruity flavor, with undertones of mineral, earthiness that leaves your mouth coated with cinnamon honey aromas, and notes of ripe plums.
Tasting Notes: sweet honey aromas with notes of cinnamon, plums and mineral.
