“云起星际,天佑台湾”(Cloud rises from horizon, may God bless TaiWan) is sub title of the tea name YunQi which means Cloud rising.
A tea made mainly from tea materials picked from big trees in BuLang tea mountain. Before pressed into tea cake in this year, the tea material has aged for 3 years in warehouse of DaYi.
Tasting notes:
Obvious fragrance from cold tea cup.
Almost no grass like smell always appears on new tea leaf maocha.
Rich tea liquor with thickness.
Bitterness transfers to sweetness smoothly without any hesitation.
Lingering tea flavor in mouth.
Lower astringency but salivation comes like waves one after another.
Very soothing mouth feeling deep into throat.
Tea Gender:
Sheng cha which will continuously ferment by complicate chemical reaction of Oxygen, Microbes, Enzyme and other substances contained in tea leaf. And this process is called natural fermentation or evolution which will get better effect under ideal storage condition of humidity around 75% and temperature near 20-25 Celsius with airflow and should be hidden from sun light.
