This is a true gem of a zinger tea. The spice of the ginger and the cayenne blend perfectly with the hints of sweet apples and lemongrass. It’s very bright and for some can be spicy, yet absolutely delicious.
Lemongrass is known for it many healthy benefits among them aiding with digestion and as a mild laxative. It carries all the ingredients of this blend really well assuring that you will not only have a cuppa that is healthy but also well balanced.
Use 1.5 tsp. of tea leaf per 8oz. Cup. Pour boiling water over leaves. Steep for 5 minutes.
*This tea can be consumed daily, no more than 2 cups are suggested.
