Macha quality and price are varied mainly by procedures and the time of harvest.
Cheap macha is harvested in fall and produced by a “ball mill” which can produce massively(a ball mill produces 1000g in a hour approx.)
by this method, it deteriorates quolity of Matcha in color, scent, taste, natural sweetness and good nutritions by heat.
Our Matcha is harvested in Spring and take a lot of time for grounding with a stone mill as a traditional procedure.
This procedure makes Matcha`s aroma and sweetness be enhanced and it`s color and scent is kept fresh.
A stone mill can mill matcha particle smaller than 10μ, so matcha can easy to melt in water and taste is smoother.
One stone mill can produce Matcha only up to 70g in a hour. and to ship fresh matcha, We produce Matcha only for orders.
Here is a matcha directly from Japan, great price and quality.
Recommended Matcha for ceremoney and for cooking.
