Not terribly impressed with this tea. It has an interesting aroma which I assume is from the Chrysanthemum but the tea itself is light and brothy tasting with a hint of floral. It looks like Chrysanthemum tea has some impressive health benefits but other than that, there isn’t any compelling reason for me to purchase this green any time soon. It’s ok but just not grabbing me.

It has a soft texture, and a light and refreshing sweet taste. Not too floral and not too grassy. Not my favorite from Harney & Sons, but I like it alright.
Today’s batch of Harney & Sons Pan Asia tasted a bit more floral than I recalled this tea having been. I also noticed that the floral aroma was much stronger at the beginning of the glass than about half way through, so the floral essences must be volatile and wafting off the surface of the hotter but not the cooler tea. Looking forward to the second infusion of my two spent sachets after dinner….
